My therapeutic style is compassionate and non-judgemental, while also being direct. I’m curious to get to know you and your individual journey, and will ask you lots of questions to guide our exploration. I will openly share my thoughts and observations as we deepen our work together. If I notice a pattern in your life that you’re not seeing, I will gently tell you. Despite the heaviness of the work we embark on in therapy, I believe that lightness and laughter, when appropriate, can be a valuable part of healing.

Yes, I offer sliding-scale therapy. You are welcome to reach out and see if there are any current sliding scale spots available.
Typically, the lower-cost fee structure is $100-120 per 50-minute session and is reserved for clients with financial need.
I understand that cost can be a significant barrier for many people seeking help. For additional low cost therapy options, I recommend you check out the Resources pages.
